Parking

Here's a little discussion about the new parking lots and parking arrangement at the State Library. The only thing I really can't understand is why the handicapped spaces are to the north of the building instead of right in front of the doors.

    oh my god, don't GET me started.. I'm sooo not impressed with many facets of the LEED stuff. Parking, lighting, heating/cooling... *grr*

    handicapped standards - supposedly has something to do with slanted/sloping parking spaces (the front parking lot spaces are not level/flat I guess).
